Schuylkill River Park Farmers Market

Since 1992, The Food Trust has been running farmers' markets with a mission to provide everyone with access to affordable, nutritious food. By 2008, they managed a network of 30 farmers' markets in Southeastern Pennsylvania, focusing on neighborhoods with limited access to fresh food.

The Food Trust emphasizes improving the health of children and adults through good nutrition and increased access to nutritious foods. They advocate for better public policy to support these goals.

All of their farmers' markets accept senior citizens' and WIC mothers' Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) coupons, and almost all accept EBT/ACCESS cards for foodstamp benefits.
