In the fall of 2017, native Bristolian Ailsa Coughlan and her partner Brad Berry, owners of Love Grows CSA, initiated the market by selling regeneratively-grown vegetables and eggs at a farmstand hosted by Noble Earth. Despite a record-breakingly wet year in 2018 that hindered their efforts, the market officially launched its first season in 2019, driven by the dedication of local farmers and community members.

Vendors at the market emphasize regenerative farming practices, going beyond organic standards. This includes Love Grows, which offers vegetables and eggs grown using methods that restore and enhance the ecosystem. The market prioritizes local and responsibly sourced products, ensuring that all offerings are produced within a 50-mile radius.

Current vendors include Love Grows, Feasterville, PA, offering regenerative vegetables and eggs, fruit from Bedminster Orchard and Three Springs Fruit Farm, Honey Hill Apiary, Right Eats with sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and prepared foods, and 1 Love Jerk Hut providing juices and Jamaican jerk sauces.
