Practices

The farm raises predominantly Angus-Hereford crosses, finishing them on green pastures of mixed grasses without the use of steroids or antibiotics. Of note

In addition to beef, the farm offers sustainably produced wine and can serve as a venue for memorable Hudson Valley weddings or celebrations. Products are available for purchase at the farm and the New Paltz Farmers Market, with options to buy quarter, half, or whole cows. The meat is frozen and vacuum-sealed for convenience.
