The farm has built a reputation for quality, taste, and tenderness in their grass-fed beef, leveraging the natural advantages of Northwest Missouri's rolling hills, abundant water supply, and lush meadows.
The farm employs regenerative farming practices, emphasizing the health of the land, herds, and nutritional value of their products. They interseed pastures and hay fields with various grasses and legumes annually and continually research new forage options. The farm works closely with local FSA and USDA offices and inspectors to ensure their methods are current and trustworthy. All animals are processed off the farm at USDA-inspected facilities and transported with reputable refrigerated delivery services.
The farm offers a variety of purchasing options, including CSA programs, meat bundles, and whole/half/quarter purchases, with delivery available. They also have retail spots in Barnard, MO, and online sales. Visitors are encouraged to explore the farm and its offerings, with day adventures available to engage the senses.
