Triple Delight Blueberries
About
Triple Delight Blueberries, established in 1997 by Mark and Kimberly Sorensen, is located just south of Fresno in California's San Joaquin Valley. Named after their three daughters, the farm began as a diversification from their fifth-generation raisin farming roots. Initially planning to sell to wholesale brokers, the Sorensens found fulfillment in direct sales at farmers markets starting in 1998. Over the years, their farmers market presence grew, allowing them to sell their entire crop directly to consumers in Central and Northern California.
The farm's blueberries are picked daily by hand, ensuring only the ripest berries are harvested. Each bush is picked 4-5 times throughout the season. This method ensures that consumers receive the freshest and most flavorful berries possible.
Triple Delight Blueberries has a short, ten-week season, during which they attend numerous farmers markets. Their berries are celebrated for their 'straight from the field' taste and are featured in various culinary creations across the Bay Area. The Sorensen family's deep roots in California agriculture span six generations, and they take pride in producing what they believe are the tastiest blueberries around.
