The farm raises cattle on year-round pasture consisting of perennial summer bermuda grass, annual winter rye and wheat grasses, and clover. Healthy soils yielding lush pasture is the number one priority, allowing for optimum protein and brix levels. Cattle are never given antibiotics, hormones, or steroids and are managed in a natural, stress-free, free range, pasture environment. Each beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility and dry-aged for 14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
To ensure freshness and quality, the farm personally delivers grass fed beef in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.
