Stuarts Draft Farm Market
About
Opening its doors on April 8, 1986, this family-run market has been a staple in the community for over three decades, providing fresh produce and local products to its customers.
The market grows some of its own produce on a family farm, while sourcing additional items from neighboring farms, local producers, and produce auctions. The majority of the produce sold is grown from heirloom seeds and is either low spray, no spray, or organic.
In addition to produce, the market offers a range of local products including apple butter, jams, jellies, Amish jarred goods, and regional specialties from Virginia and North Carolina. They also sell free range eggs, natural raw honey, all natural ground beef, and Papa Weaver all natural pork sausage. Fresh Virginia seafood, such as lump crabmeat, Chesapeake Bay oysters, Blue Crabs, shrimp, and bay scallops, is available in season.
