Scoresby Farms

In 2007, the farm expanded from selling corn out of the back of a pickup to offering a full line of fresh produce, including new potatoes, summer squash, and cucumbers.

Corn is picked fresh every morning from the first week of August to the last week in September, ensuring that no day-old corn is sold.

The farm supports the state's economy by sourcing peaches, apples, tomatoes, and bell peppers from Boise, as well as watermelons and cantaloupe from the Hagerman Valley. A good selection of berries, including huckleberries and raspberries, is available for most of the summer. The farm operates from mid-July to October.
