About

Facts
135 acres total
Background

Started in 1986 by Anne Petersen, the farm initially focused on its nationally recognized herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. In 2009, the farm expanded to include a vegetable CSA managed by Anne's daughter Margiana, building on years of family food growing experience.

Practices

The farm integrates livestock and crop production, fostering a symbiotic relationship between animals and the land. The Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats are bred for dairy type and production, while the vegetable CSA emphasizes hands-on learning and community involvement.
