Background
Rich's Chicks has established itself as a small but dedicated farmette known for producing exceptionally fresh and delicious eggs.
Practices
Hens roam freely, and eggs are hand collected multiple times a day. The eggs are rinsed with plain water and never scrubbed with soaps or detergents before being packaged in recyclable paperboard cartons.
Of note
Eggs that cannot be packaged are crafted into a high-protein, one-ingredient treat for dogs and cats, which are shelf stable. Products are available for pick-up at the farmette or for delivery throughout the Treasure Valley.
