About

Background

Graham and Donna started the garden with the intention of engaging their interests in small-scale, local agriculture and finding a way to live more closely with the earth. After three years of developing their farm business at the New Entry Incubator Farm, they are moving to the former Reynold’s Farm in Wenham for the 2024 season, sharing the space with The Food Project and Three Sisters Garden Project.

Practices

Ramblin Roots follows organic growing practices and purchases seed and equipment from local and New England companies whenever possible. The farm benefits from the bountiful resources of the area, both on land and in the sea, and aims to help customers make the most of these resources in their kitchens and on their tables.

Of note

The farm is now taking orders for their 2024 CSA with three pick-up locations in Wenham, Beverly, and Salem. Graham finds fulfillment in working in the field and sharing the fruits of their labor with the community, while Donna, a nurse and mom, focuses on growing sustainable, local, nutritious, and delicious foods to support the local food system and economy.
