Poverty Knob Farm

The farm abstains from using any chemical pesticides, opting instead to fertilize its gardens with manure from its own animals. This closed-loop system ensures that the soil remains fertile and healthy without the need for synthetic inputs.

The farm participates in the Saturday farmers market in Keosauqua and the Wednesday farmers market in Fairfield. Additionally, it offers twice-weekly pick-up times at the farm for pre-orders. Customers can join a weekly notification list via email to stay updated on available products.
