The farm is environmentally conscious, striving to be sustainable by using organic practices. They raise free-range chickens, pasture-raised heritage pigs, and grass-fed Angus beef, ensuring that their animals are treated humanely and their land is preserved.

Poplar Creek Farm offers a wide variety of produce and farm products through their CSA programs, farm stand, and at local markets including North Hills Farm Market, Moore Square Farm Market, and their 5-points drop site. The farm grows a diverse range of produce such as onions, bok choy, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, butter beans, and many more. They also collaborate with local establishments like Poole's Diner and Irregardless Cafe to recycle kitchen scraps for pig feed.
