Odyssey Farm, LLC has established itself as a producer of high-quality pastured pork, focusing on the well-being of both animals and the ecosystem. The farm is known for raising Tamworth and Berkshire pigs in a manner that respects their natural behaviors and dietary needs.

The farm employs a rotational grazing system, moving pigs regularly to fresh pastures while allowing previous paddocks to recover. Pigs are given large paddocks with diverse feeds, including non-GMO and organic options, windfall apples, and garden leftovers. They graze and root in pesticide- and herbicide-free pastures and forage woodland paddocks in the fall, consuming acorns and hickory nuts. Antibiotics are not used, and the farming methods aim to produce richly flavored, redder pork by mimicking the pigs' natural diet and habitat.

Odyssey Farm offers whole and half hogs, 25-pound variety boxes, and individual cuts. On-farm sales and visits are available by appointment.
