Nikki, a fourth-generation dairy farmer, returned to the farm after a diverse career path that included retail management and full-time ministry alongside her husband. The farm focuses on milking Holstein and Jersey cows in a parlor, ensuring the production of fresh, local, and healthy dairy products.
