Mt Hollow Farm

The farm has expanded its infrastructure over time, including the recent addition of a 50-foot long compost building and plans for further development.

Utilizing sustainable and organic methods, the farm cultivates produce both in open fields and within a 30 by 100 high tunnel, ensuring a diverse and healthy crop yield. The farm also raises chickens, provides eggs, and keeps rabbits.

Internships and apprenticeships are available, with accommodations in a 30-foot double slide RV. Interns can either join communal meals or prepare their own food from farm produce. The farm offers tours and sells produce through CSA programs or direct sales. AB University is conveniently located across the street.
