Their beef products, including boneless ribeye, flat iron steaks, New York strip, filet mignon, chuck roasts, and ground beef, are available at a Health Department approved location in Van Buren, AR. Customers can purchase individual cuts or opt for half and whole cows for custom butcher choices.
