Hubbard Farm

The farm has been in operation for over seventy years, passed down through three generations of farmers, and has been providing produce to the local community for over a decade.

The farm occasionally uses chemicals but is very careful due to their reliance on well water and proximity to a pond. They do not pursue organic certification to avoid the associated costs. The farm collaborates with other local farmers to offer a variety of produce and ensure consistent supply, even during less productive weeks.

The farm offers a CSA program with 40 shares available, providing members with at least 20 lbs of produce each week. They allow customization of shares based on preferences and offer flexibility for missed pickups. The farm also uses reusable grocery bags or produce baskets to reduce waste and keep costs down. Produce can be purchased at The Old Store, located across the street from the farm.
