The farm is run by fifth generation farmers who have a long-standing tradition of cultivating grains in the Banana Belt of north Idaho. Known for their commitment to organic farming, they are certified organic by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture and are a member of Idaho Preferred. They have established themselves as the only certified organic grain producer in North Idaho.
The farm employs rain-fed agriculture to grow a variety of grains, ensuring that their farming methods are in harmony with the local ecosystem. They maintain transparency by being able to show customers the exact fields where each product is grown. Their grains are processed in a small mill to produce various types of flour, including hard red wheat for breads and rolls, soft white wheat for pastries, and durum wheat for pasta and noodles. They also produce rolled oats for cereal and granola.
