Lyn and Mark Christoph have owned and operated the ranch at Lake Corpus Christi near Mathis since 2007. They started with alpacas and expanded their skills in processing fiber, eventually opening a shop and studio. The ranch has grown to include tours, classes, and lodging options.

The ranch focuses on raising alpacas and processing their fiber into various products. Lyn learned to shear and process the fiber herself, creating batts, roving, and yarn. The ranch also keeps free-range chickens for farm-fresh eggs and offers local honey seasonally.

Visitors can explore the farm store, which features knitted clothing, accessories, felted soaps, and stuffed animals. The ranch offers spinning, knitting, and felting classes, as well as tours and lodging in three beautiful cabins. The gazebo is available for rent for special events.
