Since 1998, the farm has been producing balanced, functional traits in Mini and Classic size beef and dairy cattle. Known as one of America’s premier mini registered Hereford breeders, they have customers on five continents and the University of the Philippines. In 2007, they began seeking A2A2 dairy genetics, establishing the Mini Rabbit Eye Jersey and the French Normande on their farm’s nutrient-dense A2A2 artisan raw dairy program.

The farm focuses on producing the very best food for themselves and their customers, growing about 85% of what they eat in their pastures and gardens. They avoid using poisoning chemicals and promote Wholistic agriculture, influencing about half of their neighbors to follow their lead. They hand-build most of what they use on the farm, emphasizing sustainable agriculture.

The farm offers a variety of services including premium consultations, animal evaluation and selection, live cover breeding, certified frozen semen, herd sire leases, and the sale of proven mama cows and heifers. They host interns from across the country and abroad, providing educational experiences. They are Life Members of the American Hereford Association and the Red Angus Association of America, adhering to the associations' rules of ownership, sales, and breeding records. The farm also highlights the tax advantages of raising mini cattle for Ag exemption.
