Evolutionary Organics

Since 2003, Kira Kinney has cultivated Evolutionary Organics in New Paltz, NY, producing Certified Naturally Grown produce. Located about 80 miles north of New York City, the farm spans over 20 acres and is known for its heirloom vegetables, baby greens, herbs, and pasture-raised eggs. The farm's produce is sold weekly at the GrowNYC farmer's market in Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn.

The farm adheres to Certified Naturally Grown standards, emphasizing the cultivation of heirloom varieties and maintaining a diverse array of crops. This approach not only preserves genetic diversity but also promotes soil health and ecological balance. Pasture-raised eggs are produced with a focus on animal welfare and land stewardship.

Evolutionary Organics offers a CSA program for the New Paltz area, providing weekly pickup or delivery of fresh produce. The farm also maintains a presence at the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket year-round, where customers can find an incredible selection of organic produce, hot sauces, and preserved farm goods.
