Desert Wind Farms

In 2011, a family settled their farm on an old dairy surrounded by farmland and pastures where the wind meets the desert. They are known for their commitment to simplicity and local support.

The farm operates on three main principles: simplicity, locality, and holistic management. The farm offers pastured eggs, chicken, pork, and will soon provide raw milk.
