David Doud's Countyline Orchard

For over 125 years, this family has been growing apples in Indiana, specializing in rare and well-grown fruit under the brand Quality Plus. With a dedication to developing new varieties, they offer over 70 types of apples, peaches, pears, Asian pears, and strawberries.

The orchard places a special interest in developing new varieties and allowing consumers to experience lesser-known, but delicious, heirloom and heritage species. They offer you-pick strawberries in May and June and sell a variety of fruits and products in the fall, including cider, apple and pear butter.

Visitors can find their produce at local farmers markets in West Lafayette and North Manchester, Indiana. The farm also provides regular updates on their Facebook page and accepts cash or check payments only.
