Boroughsland Farm

Boroughsland Farm has been a continually run family operation since 1924. Robert Boroughs currently manages customer relations at Farmers Markets and direct farm sales, while his brother Elwood handles fresh produce, hay cutting, and livestock care. Rudy, their nephew, assists with crop harvesting, livestock care, and market sales. Eugene Ripplinger partners with his bison and helps with other livestock and sales.

The farm's meats are free from growth hormones, added antibiotics, carbon monoxide, and saltwater injections. This ensures that customers receive pure, high-quality meat without unnecessary additives. The farm emphasizes transparency and quality in their meat production, providing customers with products that are both healthy and flavorful.

In addition to meats, Boroughsland Farm offers a full line of home-grown local produce and CSA options. They also have a certified kitchen where they prepare a variety of Asian foods, and a deer processing facility. Customers can place orders for whole hogs, half hogs, and split sides of beef for their freezers, with options for pick-up or delivery. The farm's mission is to provide the freshest, highest quality products to families, partnering with other dedicated farm families to achieve this goal.
