Bill's Bee Nectar
About
Bill Pace, a longtime local farmer once famous for his delicious peaches, has transitioned to beekeeping and continues to work diligently to produce high-quality honey. Known for his dedication and hard work, Bill has become a staple in the community for his exceptional honey.
The honey is collected fresh from a small, organically grown farm in the valley of Carnation, which cultivates a diverse array of flowers, vegetables, blackberries, and wild grasses. This variety of flora provides the bees with a rich source of local pollens, contributing to the unique and outstanding flavor of the honey.
Bill Pace's honey can be purchased at his retail site on Wednesdays from 12-5pm. He also sells his honey at the corner of SE 16th St and 156th Ave SE in Bellevue, with new buckwheat and alfalfa honey available. Each 16oz jar is priced at $15, and the honey makes for great gifts.
