About

Background

Bill Pace, a longtime local farmer once famous for his delicious peaches, has transitioned to beekeeping and continues to work diligently to produce high-quality honey. Known for his dedication and hard work, Bill has become a staple in the community for his exceptional honey.

Practices

The honey is collected fresh from a small, organically grown farm in the valley of Carnation, which cultivates a diverse array of flowers, vegetables, blackberries, and wild grasses. This variety of flora provides the bees with a rich source of local pollens, contributing to the unique and outstanding flavor of the honey.

Of note

Bill Pace's honey can be purchased at his retail site on Wednesdays from 12-5pm. He also sells his honey at the corner of SE 16th St and 156th Ave SE in Bellevue, with new buckwheat and alfalfa honey available. Each 16oz jar is priced at $15, and the honey makes for great gifts. For the latest updates, customers can check out his Facebook page.
