Behnke's Grass Fed Beef & Pasture Pork

The farm has established itself as a reliable source for high-quality meat products, catering to customers who prefer grass-fed and pasture-raised options. They have expanded their offerings over the years to include a variety of meat cuts and products, ensuring flexibility for customers with different storage capacities.

The farm raises grass-fed and finished beef and pasture pork without the use of growth hormones or antibiotic feed. They employ heritage breeds for both beef and hogs, ensuring a connection to traditional farming practices. Each processed animal is assigned a Farm ID number, maintaining traceability and accountability. The farm has also introduced a high tunnel greenhouse to extend their growing season.

The farm offers a Meat CSA and sells whole, half, and quarter beef, as well as half and whole hogs. Customers can also purchase individual cuts of meat, all vacuum packaged and state inspected. Limited internships are available, and visitors are encouraged to call and set up an appointment before visiting.
