WHAT’S THE TEA? is a grounding, hands-on workshop centered on the healing power of herbal teas and simple, everyday wellness practices you can recreate at home.

Through guided breathwork and intentional tea blending, you’ll explore how common herbs and spices can support relaxation, balance and overall well-being.

Participants will enjoy herbal tea during the session and receive a take-home selection curated by KUUMBA Fellow Egypt Ray.
Come ready to sip, breathe, and restore.
