Wellness Wednesdays at Yellow Barn Farm are weekly community gatherings rooted in accessible holistic care, time on the land, and meaningful connection.
Each week, a carefully curated group of trusted local practitioners offers 30-minute sliding-scale sessions across a range of holistic modalities — including bodywork, acupuncture, Ayurveda, massage therapt, craniosacral, and more.
Practitioners are thoughtfully selected to ensure high-quality, heart-centered care in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Sessions are first-come, first-served.
Beyond one-on-one care, Wellness Wednesdays are an invitation to linger. Enjoy medicinal teas, browse local food and wellness vendors, weekly crafting, and book a sauna session with Puffin Sauna, located right on the land at Yellow Barn Farm (sauna sign-up separate).
As the evening unfolds, live music creates a gentle, grounding atmosphere — with optional free dance from 8–9 PM for those who feel called to move, unwind, and connect through the body.
Set on a regenerative farm in Boulder, this gathering offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that wellness is not just personal — it’s collective.
