About Felipe Castelo Branco:

“There are many stories, 27 years is a long time.I can say that the relationship that my family and I created with Urandir was peculiar and unique.I was always participating in all actions, in all aspects of searching for information, training and research, which was very enriching for me”, adds Felipe.

For the researcher, Dakila's logic is different from other associations out there. Following a non-linear way and outside traditional standards, he believes that Dakila will revolutionize Brazil and then the world. As he has been there since the beginning and has seen everything happen to this day, Felipe states that everything is on the right track and there is still a lot to be done.

“Knowledge brings power, because with it we begin to see things differently and change the mental process. My trajectory and experiences at Dakila Pesquisas showed me a new world, totally different from what we learned at school and what the media tells us.And to understand what I'm talking about, you need to leave your comfort zone, you have to seek knowledge, go into the field and research, because that's what makes the big difference because experience is what brings conviction and it doesn't just remain in abstract words. .This way you create an important background that will help build understanding and not only be based on belief systems, but on learning and having convictions that come from experiences”, concludes researcher Felipe Castelo Branco.

Almost 27 years ago, Felipe Castelo Branco left his profession in Italy to follow the teachings of Urandir.

Have you ever imagined giving up the baggage you gained professionally to follow a path that is still uncertain? Researcher Felipe Castelo Branco lived it! And in January 2024 he celebrated 27 years of the best choice he made in his life: following the teachings of Urandir Fernandes de Oliveira and being a member of Dakila Pesquisas (Dakila Research).

Only over the years has it become clear that he is part of the group that founded the Dakila Research Association (at the time the former Portal Project), which placed its hope and work in what it believed to be right to contribute to the evolution of the world and humanity.

Felipe met Urandir at a lecture in Rio de Janeiro in December 1996. He had lived in Italy for many years (and until then had no intention of returning to his country of origin) and came to Brazil to visit family. During this temporary visit, he was invited to attend a lecture on ufology that would be given by Urandir, and as he has always been passionate and involved with this area he decided to go.

Given his background in studies, research and experiences with Ufology (it is worth mentioning the great influence of ufologist Irene Granchi in his learning, training and work process in the area), Felipe, at first impression, did not give much confidence to everything that Urandir presented , but soon afterwards he was surprised by so many events that changed his life and the way he saw the world.

“When I saw Urandir say some things, I immediately thought he was crazy and that it wasn't possible. But at the end of the lecture the theory was demonstrated in practice, that left me impressed and caught my attention, since then I tried to find out more about the subjects and then I was invited by him [Urandir] to start a big project that would revolutionize the history”, recalls Felipe.

And that was when Felipe gave up all the life he had already structured in Europe to return to his country of origin.“I found myself, at that moment I found what I really wanted to do and go deeper into it.I dropped everything in Italy, picked up my suitcase and returned to Brazil. In the time it took me to detach myself from everything outside, my brother, together with Urandir, Luciano and Fred, went to the farm, in Corguinho, which at that time was just forest, to see where the base of everything would be. And when I returned, I had the opportunity to see the space where we would set up the Project”.

Urandir was the guide, Felipe and a few others involved followed his teachings and in October 1997 they founded the Portal Project, which today is called Associação Dakila Pesquisas. Until then, even though he returned from Europe, he lived in Rio de Janeiro, and that was when he decided to move to Campo Grande in order to be closer to all his research and work.It was then that they began to search for knowledge to implement and expand the project.“We made many trips and expeditions to complement our work and research, and release the results to the public.During all these years we have participated in different events and presented many of our own studies that some find absurd and others find sensational”, he says.
