Located only 1 hour from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Newark airport, 2.5 hours from New York City, and 2 hours from Baltimore, our property is nestled atop a 20-acre expanse and crowned by a stunning villa perched on the top hill. Our retreat boasts high ceilings and expansive windows, offering sweeping views of the valleys and mountains.

Welcome to our retreat! Here is what is going to happen during those 3 blissful days, in short.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

The evening commences with a rejuvenating yoga class led by Renata Bonar, followed by a delightful dinner. Subsequently, we gather for the opening ceremony, an opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves.

The next morning begins with yoga at 7 am, transitioning into a soothing meditation session guided by Julius Betila.

Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, followed by a transformative sound healing session with Julius.

At 10:30 am, our day continues with the first art session, followed by leisure time until lunch. Afternoon activities include a guided plant walk around the expansive 20-acre property led by Kenny Leh.

The highlight of Saturday afternoon is the main yoga workshop, "7 Chakras Purification," starting at 2:30 pm. This two-hour immersive experience is followed by free time and a second art session.

Dinner is served at 7 pm, followed by the celebratory circle workshop facilitated by Aviad Giat.

On the final day, morning sessions feature yoga and meditation workshops, similar to Saturday's schedule.

These activities culminate in the closing ceremony, followed by lunch at 12 pm and departure at 1 pm.

Whether seeking to reduce stress, improve health, or gain clarity in life, I offer personalized yoga sessions and coaching programs tailored to your specific goals, needs, and preferences.I am also a professional actor with dancing and singing skills who share a creative vision through the arts of filmmaking. He believes that science is the modern language of the mystics, which we can use to lead happier and healthier lives. Yoga brought him to a myriad of spiritual practices, like sound healing, breathwork, reiki, and numerology, that helped align his mind, body, and spirit. With a loving intention and deep gratitude, he creates meditative experiences to empower others on their spiritual journey.

    Aviad Giat is a multifaceted entrepreneur, a revered community leader, and a devoted lifelong student of Chinese Medicine and various healing practices. With a profound passion for uniting individuals, Aviad orchestrates impactful events designed to provide healing and equip participants with enduring skills for navigating life's challenges. His commitment extends beyond the realm of health and wellness into the technological domain, where he excels as a webmaster, data analyst, and systems analyst. A family man at heart, Aviad cherishes the time spent nurturing his children alongside his wife on their beloved farm, Organic Harvest. Away from the digital world, he is often found immersed in outdoor projects, further enriching the lives of his family and contributing to the organic farm's vibrancy.

    Kenny, a true native of this land, has cultivated an impressive familiarity with the area's flora. Our connection to this verdant paradise was established through a purchase from his uncle. As a connoisseur of local vegetation, Kenny possesses a wealth of knowledge on the medicinal and various practical applications of native plants, many of which are revelations to us. Beyond his botanical expertise, Kenny is an avid mycologist, renowned for crafting arguably the finest mushroom soup you'll ever savor. During this retreat, he and his wife will graciously share this culinary delight with us, offering a taste of their unparalleled mushroom soup.
  • JILL CÁCERES
    Jill Cáceres has spent a great part of her life connecting with her creativity. From a young age, she has been captivated by art, experimenting with various mediums such as drawing, painting, collage, poetry, short stories, and dance. Firm in her belief that everyone possesses a creative spark, Jill sees art as a powerful tool for healing and inspiration. The creative process has been a source of solace and tranquility for her, especially during challenging times. Through art, she not only expresses herself but also finds a connection to her spirituality and higher purpose. It has also facilitated meaningful connections with others, serving as a platform for learning, sharing experiences, and fostering important dialogues. Jill's passion for language led her to become a Spanish teacher at the age of 23. Her love for learning languages and expressing herself through text is an important component of her art as well. Poetry, text, and stories are often used to inspire and guide as she paints and creates and is sometimes included in her pieces.
  • KIMBERLY CARTER
    Kimberly is an art historian, conservator, teacher, mother, and lover of nature. As an art teacher of children and adults for over 20 years, her passion is guiding others to see the world from different perspectives through art history methods and meaning. She has been a volunteer at the Giat Family Farm and is thrilled to host and support the Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Art Retreat as a Production Assistant.
