Terra Savia Winery & Olive Mill

For over ten years, this small, family-run business has been producing wine and olive oil in Hopland, Mendocino County, California. Known for using 100% locally grown ingredients, the business has established itself as a certified-organic olive milling facility, producing its own olive oil and wildflower honey from bees housed in their CCOF-certified organic olive orchard.

Committed to land and wildlife conservation, the farm uses only compost for fertilizer and minimal certified organic pesticides. As a certified organic olive mill and winery, they ensure all estate-grown products are organic and locally handcrafted.

A portion of the gross proceeds is donated to the Mendocino and Sonoma County wildlife rescue centers. The farm participates in local farmers markets and offers a tasting room where visitors can taste olive oil, wine, sample olive oil-based products, and tour the olive mill to learn about the oil-making process.
