Established in 2009, the market was created to bring together local farmers, area residents, and Media businesses to enhance the community both socially and economically. All producers are within a 75-mile radius of the borough of Media, with many hailing from Chester County and Delaware County.
Practices
Most vendors use organic practices, including Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and pasture their livestock, though not all farms are certified organic. All products are raised, grown, or handmade by the vendors.
