Janesville Farmers Market, Inc.

Established in 2005, the Janesville Farmers Market was created with the goals of enhancing the image of downtown Janesville, drawing attention to local retail and recreational opportunities, fostering positive social interaction, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and preserving Wisconsin's unique agricultural heritage.

The market emphasizes the availability of high-quality, fresh produce and farm products, providing an educational forum for consumers to learn about the uses and benefits of locally grown agricultural products. It also facilitates direct interaction between consumers and local farmers.

The market operates on Saturdays from May to October, from 8 am to 1 pm, and has been temporarily relocated to West Wall Street due to road construction. It features a wide array of products including fresh produce, meats, cheese, eggs, honey, baked goods, plants, cut flowers, soaps, hand cream, jewelry, herbs, seasonal products, and art pieces. SNAP (EBT/Quest Cards) are now accepted, and there is plenty of free parking available.
