Uwharrie Farm

Located in the rolling hills of the Piedmont Region of North Carolina, Uwharrie Farm spans 120 acres and is overseen by two generations of a dedicated family. The farm is known for its commitment to environmentally friendly agriculture and a safe food supply. The Uwharrie Mountains provide a picturesque backdrop to the farm's pastures.

The farm employs environmentally friendly agricultural practices, focusing on grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork. The cattle, primarily Jersey and Jersey cross breeds, are chosen for their superior meat quality, including greater tenderness, juiciness, and higher monounsaturated fat concentrations, which are considered cholesterol-lowering. The pigs are raised outside, free to root and browse, with the addition of organic feed.
