About the Farm

Background

Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center is a Westchester County owned farm operated in partnership with the Friends of Hilltop. The grounds are open for exploring year round, and the farm has become a local hub for fresh, organically grown vegetables and regional products.

Practices

The farm employs sustainable organic growing practices for all of its produce and native plants. This approach ensures that the farming methods are in harmony with the environment, promoting soil health and biodiversity.

The Rest

The Farm Stand is open from late April through mid-November during weekends, offering a variety of local organically grown vegetables and regional products. The Market-Style CSA is available at three levels, allowing customers to pre-order their desired veggies and local products through an online store or shop in person. Visitors are encouraged to join the CSA to support the farm.
