Wholesome Farms & Gardens

Originally a homestead providing food for the owning family, the farm expanded to share its bounty with neighbors, offering a variety of pasture-raised and grass-fed products.

The farm employs pasture-raising methods for its pork, chickens, and beef, and feeds its animals a non-GMO diet primarily consisting of native prairie grass. No pesticides are used on the property, and the farm avoids preservatives and artificial flavorings in its products. Antibiotics have not been necessary for their animals.

Products are available at the Plano farmers market and through a CSA program with various membership levels offering benefits such as farm event invitations, exclusive discounts, and farm experiences. Customers are encouraged to visit the farm to see the facilities and farming practices firsthand.
