For 20 years, Whirlwind Farm has been growing and providing locally grown, clean food. Known for their nutrient-dense produce, the farm's commitment to soil health and diversity extends to the well-being of the local community and economy.

Whirlwind Farm employs organic and biodynamic methods, focusing on chemical-free, nutrient-dense food production. The farm utilizes mobile hoophouses for winter production and collaborates with other local farms to ensure year-round food availability. Their philosophy emphasizes regenerating resources rather than exploiting them, aiming to bring democracy into food accessibility and community health.

Whirlwind Farm participates in three markets in Huntsville/Madison, AL, and accepts EBT. They offer internships and encourage community involvement through volunteering and recipe sharing. The farm also delivers winter vegetables in collaboration with Blanks Berry Farm and Martling Farm, maintaining an email list for customers. Visitors are welcome to see the farm and shop at their online store.
