Washington State University Organic Farm

Established in 2004, the farm is part of Washington State University and offers a Practicum in Organic Agriculture during spring, summer, and fall terms. It is known for its on-site education in small-scale organic agriculture and its 85-member CSA. The farm also sells produce on campus, at a mid-week farmer's market in Pullman, and through various local venues including the Moscow Food Coop and LINC distributors in Spokane.

The farm is certified organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and emphasizes intensive small-scale organic farming techniques. It serves as a teaching and research facility, supporting the WSU scientific community in conducting organic research projects. The farm also strives to provide fresh produce to local food banks and non-profits.

The farm operates a variety of sales venues including on-farm Friday markets, local restaurants, and occasional campus events. It plays a dynamic role in the local food system and economy, collaborating with partners like LINC distributors and local food banks. The farm is located on Animal Sciences Road, directly east of the main Pullman campus, and offers an online store for pre-ordering produce.
