Vanderpool Gourmet Gardens

Vanderpool Gourmet Gardens is known for pioneering a new generation of garlic growing in the South, testing over 50 varieties of garlic. They also provide seed garlic for sale and have a CSA offering a variety of heirloom vegetables.

Employing sustainable and natural methods, the farm enriches both the land and the local community. They focus on growing a diverse range of garlic and heirloom vegetables, raising honey bees, and cultivating some fruits.

The farm has a plant nursery supplying local gardeners with heirloom tomatoes, peppers, and herbs. They sell their produce seasonally at the Austin Farmers Market and the Waco Farmers Market.
