About the Farm
Background
In 2015, the farm built its own NCDA inspected processing floor to maintain quality control over its products.
Practices
Pigs are raised on pasture in community with each other and offered an all vegetarian feed containing no preservatives, no growth hormones, and no antibiotics.
The Rest
Customers can purchase a variety of cuts and sausages, as well as 1/2 and whole hogs. Beef is also available in cuts or 1/2 and whole, cut to order. Local farmers can have their pigs, beef, sheep, or goats processed under their own Farm label on the processing floor. Custom processing is available for individuals who raise their own livestock. Products can be purchased via phone, email, text, or at the Farm Store.
