About the Farm

Background

In 2017, the farm expanded from a hobby level to a commercial operation with a 3000 sq. ft. cultivation facility in Gilberts, Illinois. Known for offering Golden, Grey, and Italian Oyster Mushrooms, the farm plans to introduce more species like Shitake, Lion's Mane, Pink Oyster, and other exotic wild strains.

Practices

The farm uses only organic approved fertilizers, pesticides, and chemicals. They are in the process of seeking Organic Certification and Non-GMO Project Verification. The farm upholds high industry standards in sustainability, pest management, sanitation, and safety.

The Rest
