Located on the high plains of southeastern Wyoming, Thunderbasin Land & Livestock is a family-owned and operated ranch that has employed organic practices continuously since 1987. Known for providing healthy, safe, and delicious lean beef, the ranch has established a reputation for its commitment to organic and humane cattle raising methods.

The ranch employs holistic ranch management practices that create healthy riparian zones and prairie, fostering an abundance of native plants and wildlife. Cattle are treated humanely, receiving no antibiotics, hormones, or pour-on insecticides. Calves are born in the warmth of Spring, mimicking wildlife patterns, and are never corralled or penned. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, ensuring all the health benefits associated with grass-fed beef.

Thunderbasin beef is processed at a USDA inspected plant and can be purchased in whole, halves, and quarters. Convenient combination packages and gift baskets are also available. Customers can pick up their orders at the ranch or opt for shipping outside the local area.
