ThorneBrook Farms employs organic and sustainable farming practices, focusing on raising grass-fed beef and lamb. Their cattle and lambs are rotationally grazed, which promotes soil health and biodiversity. The farm operates on a full-circle, conception-to-slaughter model, meaning all animals are naturally conceived, born, and raised on the farm. Customers can purchase meat shares in various quantities, with beef available in quarter, half, or whole shares, and lamb in half or whole shares. Orders for beef shares are typically processed from November to January, while lamb shares are processed in January and February.
