Thompson Dairy Farms, LLC is a Texas DSHS Licensed Goat dairy and Cheese manufacturer. With a herd of about 100 Alpine and Saanen dairy goats, they have established a reputation for high-quality dairy products. Known for their diverse range of cheeses, they continue to innovate with new varieties regularly.

The herd is 100% grass-fed and benefits from rotational grazing across several pastures. This method ensures the goats have access to fresh forage, promoting their health and well-being. The farm produces cheeses from both raw milk and low-temperature pasteurized milk, adhering to high standards of animal care and dairy production.

In addition to cheeses, the farm produces lattes, yogurts, milk, chocolate milk, and goat milk soaps. They actively engage with the community, selling their products at various local markets and events.
