Practices
The farm raises hormone-free and antibiotic-free meat chickens and egg layers. Fruits and vegetables are grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, aiming to minimize both ecological and carbon footprints.
The Rest
Reservations and deposits are accepted for the 2015 season, with limited chicken supply available from June through November 2015. Pickup is available in Newfane and Kenmore by calling.
