About the Farm

Background

Situated 1700 ft. high on Burnt Hill at the eastern edge of Massachusetts Berkshire Range, the farm spans over 30 acres of certified organic wild blueberry barrens and an additional 10 acres dedicated to pastured chickens and goats. Known for its annual wild blueberry harvest, the farm has become a cherished local destination for fresh, nutrient-dense produce.

Practices

The farm employs a blend of traditional methods and cutting-edge practices such as sap analysis and customized foliar sprays to optimize plant and animal health. The pastured chickens are rotated through a 6-acre chestnut and elderberry silvopasture and are supplemented with organic grain cultured in goat whey. The farm is committed to creating vibrant pollinator habitats and developing permaculture-inspired food systems to enhance nutrient density and ecological health.

The Rest

Visitors can enjoy beautiful views while picking their own blueberries or pre-ordering for convenience. The farm also offers certified organic wild blueberry syrup, available for shipment across the lower 48 states or for purchase at local coops and farm stores. Reservations for PYO and pre-picked berries begin on July 5th each year.
