About the Farm
Background
Jessica Lee, the owner, began her journey in the restaurant industry, where she realized that good food starts on the farm. Originally known as Tender Greens, the business rebranded to Gorilla Greens and has become known for its nutrient-dense microgreens and vibrant edible flowers.
Practices
The farm focuses on sustainable and environmentally-friendly farming methods. Microgreens, harvested at 7-14 days old, are grown locally in Bend and are known for their high nutritional value, containing 4-6 times the nutrients of their mature counterparts.
The Rest
Microgreens from Gorilla Greens add a crisp crunch to sandwiches, a flavor bomb to salads, a nutritional kick to smoothies, and a gorgeous pop to any plate. The farm's products are diverse in color and texture, designed to excite the palate and enhance diets.
