Located in East Central Minnesota, the farm benefits from short, cool northern summers that result in exceptionally high-quality native clover pastures, which are integral to their lambing and lamb-rearing program.

Utilizing breeds such as Dorset and Ile de France, known for their ability to convert pasture into premium quality meat, the farm ensures lambs are butchered at a small, immaculate local shop with minimal stress. The focus on pasture feeding and careful breed selection highlights their commitment to quality and animal welfare.

Pasture-fed lamb is available seasonally in November and December, with all orders requiring pickup at the farm. Conveniently located just 2 miles off the interstate south of Hinckley, Minnesota, it is an easy 90-minute trip north of Minneapolis/St. Paul on I-35.
