Take Heart Farm

Located in a peaceful, rural valley in Southern California, this small family farm has cultivated a serene environment for their flock of sheep. The farm is known for its dedication to producing unique, handspun yarns and one-of-a-kind knit items. The cottonwood and oak trees flourish in the quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, creating an idyllic setting for both the animals and the family that tends to them.

The farm maintains a small-scale operation on its 9 acres, ensuring that each animal receives individual attention and care. The fiber is processed into roving or rolags, which are then spun, woven, and knitted into various items.
